The Basics

All overnight stays include group and individual playtime so that your pet gets the socialization and stimulation they’re used to at home. Dog parents: Your little buddy will get personalized play and exercise walks each day.

The Options
There are multiple room types available at PetSmart PetsHotel. Dog parents get to choose between a standard room that is individual, comfy and secure and gets spritzed with calming spray upon arrival or a private suite, which is larger, more private and complete with a Superb Sleeper bed, white noise machine and a calming diffuser. Cat parents can rest assured that their feline friends are nestled in kitty cottages, which are kept separate from dog guests and are cleaned and sanitized daily. If you have two cats, the PetsHotel has cottages with connecting doors available.
Dog parents can also select from multiple packages: Active Pup, Bedtime Bliss, Seasonal Package, Training Camp and the Play & Pamper Package. Active Pup comes with extra play time, an in-room toy and a picture for the dog that is always ready to have some fun. Bedtime Bliss comes with a bedtime story and photo for the dog who loves a nighttime routine. The seasonal package comes with a digital keepsake photo, a take-home toy and a doggie sundae for the dog who loves to get in on any chance to get excited and celebrate. Training Camp comes with 30-minute one-on-one sessions for the dog who is always learning. Last but not least, the Pamper and Play package comes with doggie day camp play followed by a grooming session.

- All rooms, bowls, toys, play equipment and common areas of PetSmart’s PetsHotel are sanitized daily with additional cleaning throughout the day.
- Pets are transferred to and from the PetsHotel with a PetSmart slip leash to combat the potential spreading of germs on personal collars and leashes.
- Extensive record-keeping of appetite and activity are monitored and recorded for each pet in our care.
- All PetSmart PetsHotels feature Aerapy disinfection systems – a state-of-the-art air purification system exclusively designed for the pet industry – which sanitizes the air using Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) technology.
- Pets in PetSmart’s care are continually monitored and the associates are trained to watch for critical signs of stress. If necessary, associates are empowered to immediately seek veterinary care for any pet that shows signs of illness.
