Going along with the Super Bowl theme, snacks will be on sale in February to help everyone get ready for their big game parties. Even if you’re not into football, it’s a good time to stock up on chips, cookies, soda, and other snacks.

Florists will stock up on their flowers for Valentine’s Day, and will sometimes offer discounts for Valentine bouquets. If you really want to be economical, the big savings will happen right after Valentine’s Day, as they are looking to unload their left-over, perishable inventory.
